As you would be aware, the NSW Government has extended the Covid-19 restrictions in New South Wales until 30 July 2021.  Our Sydney branch will remain closed until restrictions are eased.  We wish to reiterate that our position has not changed, and we will continue to assist you and your customers wherever possible with our standard approach:

We are contacting customers due to collect or return in Sydney and will work with them on an alternative solution, where customer details are available to us. As always, we are happy to work with you too.

As you would appreciate we are currently receiving high volumes of calls in our contact centre, so thank you for your patience as we work through the impacts of the most recent government advice.

For anybody who cannot take their holiday at other destinations because COVID-19 restrictions prevent them from collecting or returning their camper, we have a policy in place to assist. We will offer to rebook their travel, offer the opportunity of a credit note for unused days or cancellation fees due. If these are unworkable we will offer a refund. As you may be aware, Perth is heading in to a lockdown from Tuesday 29 June 2021 until Friday 2 July 2021. Our branch will be closed during this time. We will be contacting affected customers, and working through their best options with them.

Please find below updates on our Australian operations as of 29 June 2021.

Covid Advisory Updates 29 June 2021
Sydney Branch
Our Sydney branch will be closed between Saturday 27 June 2021 and Friday 9 July 2021. The Sydney branch is due to reopen for pre-booked pick-ups on Saturday 10 July 2021, pending further government advice.
Perth Branch
Our Perth branch will be closed between Tuesday 29 June 2021 and Friday 2 July 2021. The Perth branch is due to reopen for pre-booked pick-ups on Saturday 3 July 2021, pending further government advice.
Darwin Branch
Due to current Covid related restrictions in the Northern Territory, our Darwin branch will be closed between 1pm Sunday 27 June 2021 and 1pm Friday 2 July 2021. The Darwin branch is due to reopen for pre-booked pick-ups after 1pm on Friday 2 July 2021, pending further government advice.
All Other Branches
Other than our Sydney, Perth and Darwin locations, we are open for business across Australia and operating within health guidelines.
