All vehicles include bedding, linen, general living and kitchen equipment, cooking utensils and cutlery. All vehicles feature power steering, driver and passenger airbags and ABS brakes. The above floorplans and specifications are indicative of the vehicle that will be supplied. Actual vehicles may vary according to year of manufacture and availability, but your vehicle will be suitable for the required number of people and have similar specifications to those listed. Specifications may change without notice and cannot be requested. Rear cabin air conditioning, heating and microwave must be connected to 240V mains power to function. Solar power panels provide a trickle charge to the 12V house battery power supply only; much like the engine battery does when driving. The solar panels will not charge over and above the current draw on the battery, nor will they fully charge it. *Maximum weight for top bed in the Endeavour and Euro Quest is 200kgs. **Cannot be requested.

Our Broome, Darwin and Alice Springs branches are closed during the wet season (20 December to 31 March). During this time roads are muddy and hard to navigate and for safety reasons, we strongly recommend that guests avoid travelling to the top end of Australia during this time.

4WD RVs
Our 4WD RVs are ready to take adventurous travellers off the beaten track, however for their safety, there are restricted travel areas. For restricted destinations listed below, guests are required to nominate expected travel plans with the branch at pick-up and confirm with relevant local authorities that roads are passable prior to travel.

Not all RVs are suitable for all driving situations, so it’s important the right RV is chosen for the travel planned. thl, at its discretion, may restrict RV travel in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the rental period.

Does the Apollo Adventure Camper come with filled propane tanks?
Yes, propane tanks are supplied in full upon vehicle collection.
First Aid kit
If the seal is broken?
A First Aid kit is supplied in every RV. If the seal is broken or the kit is not returned the kit becomes the property of the guest and the $50.00 fee is charged.

Cancellation Terms
What if I can what does the supplier charge?
Cancellation Terms\nWe understand that sometimes road trips may need to be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
If cancelled 61+ days prior to pick-up - No fee except deposit
If cancelled 60 to 22 days prior to pick-up - 10% of Total Rental (minimum $250.00)
If cancelled 21 to 7 days prior to pick-up - 20% of Total Rental (minimum $250.00)
If cancelled less 6 days or less prior to pick-up - 50% of Total Rental (minimum $250.00)
If cancelled on the day of pick-up or no show - 100% of Total Rental (minimum $250.00)
There is no refund for late pick-up or early return of an RV
The original pick-up date or the earliest confirmed pick-up date is used to calculate the cancellation fee.
