Cape Range National Park - Yardie Creek Crossing
All routes to be approved before booking.

Prohibited areas include:
Roads that are not officially gazetted or mapped (i.e. ungazetted roads)
• Unformed tracks
• Any area below the high tide mark on a beach
• Locations where the vehicle may be exposed to salt water, including salt lakes and lake flats
• Areas above the snow line
• Any river, stream, creek, or tidal crossing deeper than 0.5 metres
• Floodwaters, flood-prone roads, or any road where conditions make vehicle use unsafe
• Roads that are closed or subject to warnings or cautions issued by police, government, or statutory authorities
• Roads where you have been advised by us that vehicle use is prohibited
• Roads where the vehicle is likely to suffer damage due to poor or hazardous conditions

Supplier: All drivers of the vehicle must hold a current drivers license and have had that license for more than two years.

Supplier: The supplier can change their terms without prior notice from time to time.
Supplier: Vehicle Allocation: Specific vehicle models are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of pickup. We will make available to you a vehicle of equivalent or better characteristics than described at the time of booking.

Booking agent process the 15% booking deposit
The supplier will take the balance due of the gross rental at 61 days prior to pickup.

1 day or less / no show 100% (Percentage of Supplier's Gross Rental Fee payable)

Right now, if there are 2 guests, 3 guests or 5 guests in a hire, we will include all sleeping equipment for everyone at no cost.
That might be a swag or ground tent, but it will be included.
Crockery etc is always included, regardless of pax.
However, we may introduce a small cleaning fee for additional linen (past two guests) next year, but we'll honour any bookings under this arrangement if anything comes in before then.
