How does the sleeping arrangement work for 3-4 people?
The roof top tent sleeps 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, comfortably.
We do offer swags for hire for $44/day (including linen) that will mount to the roof racks of the vehicle, if you would like a swag to sleep your third person.

Drivers Licence
What drivers licence is required?
If your Australian living in Australia have a Australian full and current driver's license.
Drivers must be over 25 years of age and under 75 years old.

Overseas Licence
Licence - I have a overseas drivers license?
A current and full motor vehicle driver’s licence is required and must be produced upon vehicle collection. Should a foreign licence be in a language other then English it must be accompanied by a current international driving permit issued in the same country as the driver’s licence was issued. An accredited English translation will be accepted in lieu of an international driving permit. Drivers must be 25 years of age or over.

Can you hold my quote?
At the time of quoting, we have a camper available for your requested dates, however if there is a delay between quoting and booking we cannot guarantee your dates are still available. At request we can hold your quoted dates for 48 hours.

Excess and Bond
What is the Excess and Bond?
Our excess is $2000, therefore we collect a $2000 bond upon collection. If damages occur over $2000 worth then we make a claim and that bond pays the excess. If damages come in below $2000 then we obviously don't make a claim and only retain a portion of the $2000 to cover repairs.
This is the lowest bond level we offer.
A security bond of $2000 is required to hire the camper, which can be paid via direct deposit prior to collection, or with cash or EFTPOS at the time of collection. This will be refunded within 5 business days of the vehicle being returned in an undamaged condition.

(a) over 60 days notice for a cancellation receives a full refund;
(b) less than 60 days notice for a cancellation but greater than 30 days will result in the loss of 10% of the total booking amount.
(c) less than 30 days notice for a cancellation but greater than 21 days will result in the loss of 50% of the total booking amount.
(d) less than 21 days notice for a cancellation results in the loss of your payment.
(e) no show – If You do not show for the collection of the Vehicle on the agreed date and time without notice, the full payment will be forfeited with no refund; and
(f) there are no refunds for early return.
(g) where a request is made to change the date of your booking, we will endeavour to change the dates to suit your request, where availability permits. If the Vehicle is unavailable for your change of date request, we will offer your original dates, or offer a refund, less a percentage of the deposit depending on notice given see the Terms PDF for a full explanation as of 23.08.2023.

Simply put, portable toilets flush away waste into a holding tank underneath the seat, which contains chemicals to reduce any odour, decompose waste and kill germs.
